What is it about rimming the waterline that makes your eyes just POP even more?? The problem i have, and im sure most asian girls do is the smudging effect. Why are my eyes prone to smudging? I’m still trying to find a solution for this.. Id go out for the night looking great and by the end of the night look like a beat up raccoon (not a sexy look). There is really no point to this post lol solution anyone?
